Shipping

Every Juniper & Ash order is made, wrapped, and mailed by hand in Stuart, Florida — with a handwritten thank-you tucked inside, because that's how it should be.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 3–5 business days* before shipping. Because everything is made in small batches, an item occasionally needs to be poured fresh; if that ever adds time to your order, we'll email you and let you know.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We don't ship internationally at this time.

Carriers & delivery time

Orders ship via USPS (Ground Advantage, with Priority Mail available at checkout). After your order leaves us, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the continental US. You'll receive tracking by email when your order ships.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and address. Orders of $50 or more ship free within the continental US.

Warm-weather note (please read)

Balms, creams, and butters are made without synthetic hardeners, so they can soften or melt in a hot mailbox. During the warm months we ship meltable items Monday–Wednesday* so they don't sit in a hot truck or warehouse over the weekend. If a product arrives soft, simply set it upright in a cool room — or an hour in the refrigerator — and it will firm right back up with no harm done. Texture may change slightly; the goodness inside doesn't.

Delays

Once a package is with USPS, its journey is in their hands, and weather or holiday volume can slow things down. If your tracking hasn't moved for several days, contact us at juniperashbotanicals@gmail.com and we'll help you chase it down.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away — if the order hasn't shipped, we'll fix it gladly. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address can be re-shipped at the buyer's expense.

Damaged in transit

If something arrives damaged, take a photo and email it to juniperashbotanicals@gmail.com within 7 days, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Holiday ordering (2026)

For Christmas delivery, USPS asks that packages be mailed by December 17 (Ground Advantage, Lower 48). Because each order is prepared by hand first, please place holiday orders by December 10* so we have time to make, wrap, and mail them well ahead of that date.
